Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy
 

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due upon completion of the stay. Payment can be made through KennelPro if you wish to pay with a credit card, or via Venmo (@wbdogbandb).

 
2. Cancellation Policy 


As a small in-home boarding and training business, it's important for us to understand any changes to your travel plans and boarding needs as soon as they arise. ​Cancellations are disruptive and often result in us having turned away other clients looking for care. The cancellation policy for all boarding, training, and daycare sessions is as follows: 
 

  • Cancellation within 24-72 hours prior to start of service 0% refund of your deposit

  • Cancellation within 7 days of start of service - 50% refund of your deposit

  • Cancellation up to 1 week of start of service - 100% refund of your deposit

     

3. Review and Dispute Policy

 

Negative Review Policy: You agree not to publicly post any negative or disparaging reviews, comments, or statements regarding our company or services based on enforcement of our payment and refund policies. This includes but is not limited to social media, online review platforms, and other public forums.

 

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: In the event that you feel dissatisfied and wish to pursue any claim or dispute related to this agreement, you agree to resolve such matters through binding arbitration rather than through litigation. Any claims or disputes must be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

Legal Fees and Damages: If you breach this review policy and it results in a legal dispute, you agree to be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and attorney fees associated with enforcing this agreement. Additionally, if a negative review or public complaint leads to arbitration, you agree to pay a penalty of $5,000 in damages for breaching this agreement.

4. Acceptance of Terms

 

By submitting a client intake form and liability waiver you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. You agree to abide by the policies outlined above and understand that this is a legally binding agreement.
